  • Open Control Panel, then click Mail.
  • In the Email Settings – Outlook dialog box, click Show Profiles.
    1. Click Add on the General of the Mail dialog.
    2. In the New Profile dialog box, enter a new profile name, then click OK.

  • In the Choose a Service dialog box, select Internet Mail and then click Next.
  • In the Internet Mail Settings dialog box, enter account details.

  • A .pst file is a personal folder that stores your emails, contacts, notes, calendar items, and other data. If the .pst file corrupts, you might not send or receive email messages in Outlook.

Method 9: Clean up Emails Stuck in your Outbox (Outlook only)

  • Click your Outbox, then check for emails blocked in the Outbox

Move message: move the message to the Drafts folder. You can drag the message to the Drafts folder or right-click the message, select Move, select Other Folder, and select the Drafts folder from the list.

Delete the message: Right-click the message, then select Delete.
